Dr. Radtke serves as the Head of Research in the Department of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care at Nykobing Hospital, University of Southern Denmark, and Chair of the Geriatric Anaesthesiology subforum of the European Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care. Dr Radtke is founder and research lead of the Safe Brain Initiative and his primary research interest focuses on how to further develop implement, optimize and monitor precision patient centered perioperative care.
